I purchased this item for my wife who is a teacher. She likes to drink tea on her break which is around 10:30AM. So based on the items info, which says it will keep your drink hot for 6 hours, I thought this would be perfect. Well I thought wrong. I guess I was thinking it was a thermos, which it is not. The tea was barely warm, 4 hours later. I even pre-warmed the travel mug with boiling water for a bit, then poured it out and added fresh boiling water in.The tea, on the other hand, is really good!
